International Fiestas del Pitic is a celebration of Dance and Music in Hermosillo. From Thursday, May 23 to Sunday, May 26, 2024 there will be daily national and international musicians and performers in 15 venues throughout the historic center of Hermosillo (venues such as Pino Suárez Forum, Plaza Bicentenario, Callejon Valesco, Foro Urbano, Foro Marcella, Plaza del Mezquite, Plaza Hidalgo, Palacio de Gobierno and others).

Fiestas del Pitic is a cultural event celebrating the 323rd Anniversary of the founding of Hermosillo, the capital city of Sonora.

From May 24 to 26, enjoy with your family the largest artistic and cultural event in Hermosillo. All performances are free. Check the program below.

Las Fiestas del Pitic 2024 se llevarán a cabo del 23 al 26 de mayo en Hermosillo, Sonora, México. El programa incluirá más de 1,300 artistas locales, sonorenses, nacionales e internacionales en 15 foros. Los Hombres G abrirán la celebración.

The opening will be by Hombres G who will take over the stage on Thursday, May 23 at 10:00pm at the Pino Suárez Forum to take a trip through time with hits from yesteryear such as ‘Martha has a pacemaker’, ‘ I love you’, ‘Attack of the Crocodile Girls’, among others.

The closing of this great event, on Sunday, May 26 at 10:00pm at the Pino Suárez Forum, will be the 90’s Pop Tour All Stars, the musical show led by iconic artists of the 90’s such as OV7, Aleks Syntek, Fey, Erik Rubín, JNS, Caló, among others.

On the Alonso Vidal stage on May 25 at 10:00pm, Puerto Rican Kany García will perform some of his best songs such as ‘Hoy ya me voy amor’, ‘To return to love’ and ‘ I appreciate it ,’ a song he performed last year with Carin León.

On the same stage, Eugenia León will perform on Friday, May 24 , where she will bring the best of her Mexican music such as ‘Pa’ Todo el Año’, ‘La Calaca’, ‘Luna de Octubre’ and many more.

Plaza Bicentenario, Fiestas del Pitic

Miranda!, a group from Argentina, will perform on May 24 at the Plaza Bicentenario to get everyone singing with ‘Perfecta’, ‘Don’, ‘Uno los dos’, ‘Tu mysterious somebody’, ‘Traicion’, to name a few.

And at the Urban Forum located in La Ruina Park, Never Jamás and Charles Ans will bring the Sonoran flavor on May 24.

The Pitic Festival also includes Cultural Routes, from May 9 to 22, in the neighborhoods and rural areas of Hermosillo such as Bahía de Kino, San Pedro El Saucito and Miguel Alemán.
