Celebrate one of Sonora’s most distinctive traditions at the second annual Bacanora Xperience, a seaside festival dedicated to bacanora, the state’s iconic agave spirit.
Like tequila and mezcal, bacanora is distilled from agave. But bacanora is distinctly Sonoran, produced within a designated region of the state using traditional methods that date back centuries.
Meet Sonoran bacanora producers, sample their spirits, and discover the traditions behind each bottle. Enjoy regional cuisine, cultural experiences and an evening of music overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
The event takes place on Saturday, November 21, starting at 6:00pm at San Carlos Plaza Hotel in Los Algodones.
Tickets and What’s Included
- Zona Oro – 1,200 pesos per person: Seating at tables for 10 guests. Tickets can be purchased individually, so you don’t need to reserve an entire table.
- Zona General – 1,000 pesos per person: Seating at regular tables or high-top tables.
Both ticket options include admission, bacanora tastings and food samples from participating restaurants from 6:00 to 8:00pm, at no additional charge.
Additional drinks, bottles of bacanora and dinner options will be available for purchase separately.
