November 7. Guaymas Cortés Open. Open-water swimming competition in Guaymas.
November 8. Maratón San Carlos–Guaymas 2026. The 26th edition of this annual running event features 42km, 21km, and 6.5km distances. The 42km race starts at 6:00am and the 21km race at 6:30am on Boulevard Escénico Tetakawi, opposite Hotel Sawari. The 6.5km race starts at 7:00am at Delfinario Sonora. All distances finish at Hotel Playa de Cortés in Miramar, Guaymas. Registration costs 500 pesos for the 42km, 450 pesos for the 21km, and 400 pesos for the 6.5km. November 26. Clínica Guaymas 5K Charity Run. 8:00am, Guaymas Malecón, starting at the Fisherman’s Monument. This 5km run raises funds to support free cataract surgeries.
